Bonart, a good looker, ran a smashing good race, wore Dan Bradley down in the lasteighth and Won going away. Tom Dolan came again in the last sixteenth, outlasted Dan Bradley under a terrific drive and took second place in the last stride. The early pace was very fast and Dan Bradley showed himself to be a speedy youn"-fter, broke from the outside and rushed around the others when the start came, but tired in the stretch run and the race will probably improve him. This is a slashing good looker, with plenty of size and good conformation. Sam Cook propped when the start came. The pace was too fast for Beau Brummel. Oural ran well for the entire trip. Brick Top was crowded against the inside fence on the far turn and Troxler pulled him up. Gringo closed a big gap and finished gamely.
