Orlys good third to Bedford yesterday at six furlongs Indicated that be was about ready to run to his best form. The longer instance today suited him better and, although with 115 pounds up, he was conceding actual weight to all the other starters, the paddock contingent supported him. Morrison tangle has finally been adjusted and the jockey will resume riding at once, Wayne .Toplin having telegraphed to Judge Mncfarlan that he bad released Morrison from his contract and that in the future he could ride for any one he pleased. There is a bare possibility that Morrison may be iersuaded to . go to Ihiglaud to ride. There is a good position awaiting him there If he decides to go abroad.
