BRIGHTON BEACH RACING STATISTICS. Th twentv-two days qf the summer meeting at Brighton Reach, July 11 to August 4, inclusive, produced to the horsemen 82,400 in stakes and purses. There were 130 races, twelve of them steeplechases. The number of winning owners was 15.1. Of these," sixty-seven won ,000 or more each, Thomas Hitchcock, Jr., heading the list with 0,175. earned principally by the good two-year-old Salvidere. to his credit. By virtue of the victory of Rams Horn in the Brighton Handicap. W. S. Williams is second on the list, while James R. Keene ranks third. The only others winning over 10,000 are James B. Brady and F.
