RADTKE ON ANOTHER RAMPAGE. Saratoga, N. Y., August 13. Jockey Herman Radtke jnd trainer "Bub" May, both employed by Messrs. P. J. and R. A. Rainey, had a serious misunderstanding at the track this morning in which it is said Radtke attacked May with a hatchet. No damage was done. All of Radtkes riding engagements for today were cancelled during the morning. It is rumored that repressive measures are to be taken with the obstreperous young rider. Robert McKeever will be appointed guardian and will be held responsible for his charges good behavior in future. It is alleged that the reckless Chicago boy blew in a lot of money during the recent Brighton meeting and disciplining action by the Jockey Club is anticipated. That the boys license is revoked should not be surprising.
