MR. GREGG DOES A LITTLE BETTING. Saratoga, N. Y., August 13. Mr. Gregg, of the International Reforms Society, was at the track this afternoon engaged in collecting evidence of gambling. He was seen to wager a one dollar bill on Glengate during the betting on the jumping race. It is known that Mr. Gregg and his associates Intend a movement by which they hope to break up racing here.
