TILLMANS CASE 4JOES TO GRAND JURY. Saratoga, N. Y., August 15. The action of the i people against Joseph Ullnian, William J. MackiTT f- and Max Blumcnthal and the five croupiers taken , In the raid on the Bridge Whist Club a week ago, came up In police court this morning. The men waived examination to the grand jury. Bail was J continued at 00 each for Ullman, Macklin and I Blumenthal and at 50 each for the croupiers. The lid is oft. Open gambling was resumed last night at the Manhattan Club. Tonight the town Is practically wide open.
