I WIRE TAPPERS CAUGHT LN CANADA. Windsor, Ont., September 1. Four alleged wire tappers were caught by the local officials in Walker-ville early today. Repeated attempts within tie last few days to tap the race wire running from the Windsor track incited the officials of the telegraph company to extra efforts to catch the miscreants. Track detectives Campau and Mahoney effected the capture and lodged the quartette in the local jail. The names of the men under arrest are: Frank Robinson, of St. Thomas: C. S. Walsh, J. T. Moran nd Phillip McGary, all of Detroit. The arrest was spectaolar, the officers catching the men in the act of tapping tho wires and capturing thom with drawn revolvers. They had their instruments set up In a cabin in the woods.
