DANDELION TO RACE NO MORE THIS YEAS. Mr. Hitchcock has decided to put Dandelion by for the year. This announcement was made after the Occidental Handicap by John E. Madden. Dandelion is not the horse he was a little while back. Racing since early spring has told on him. He has lost much of his speed and he Is no longer formidable In handicaps. None of the wise bettors believed he had a chance last Tuesday because of, Ma obvious stateness.
