WIRE TAPPERS ARE LIGHTLY FINED. Frank Robinson, A. S. Welsh, Lawrence P. Moran and Philip McGarry, who were caught in the act of tapping the Windsor race wire near Walkersvllle, Canada, August 29, got off with light fines at their .trial in Windsor last Saturday. Robinson was fined 00 and the other three 0 each.
