THOMAS CLYDES RACING PREPARATIONS. New York, October 10. Captain Fred. Presgrave has established a new home for the -racing stable of. Thomas Clyde at Salisbury, Md., or, more properly speaking, at Presgravc9 Landing, as the. genial manager for. Mr. Clyde has already had a railroad station named for him at his new home. The farm at Bryn Mawr Will no longer be used for the thoroughbreds. The breeding stock will, soon bo transferred to Kentucky. Mr. Presgrave has for some time owned a farm at Salisbury which was devoted to duck raising, but the ducks have been shooed , away to make room for . the. thoroughbreds. Mr. Clyde bought some land adjoining the Presgrave property and has erected a stable at a cost of 5,000 that is without an equal in the country. Here the horses in training will be wintered and the yearlings will get their early training there. Al Weston, the trainer for the stable, will probably take a small bunch of horses to New Orleans the coming winter. The Interest Mr. Clyde has taken in the new farm and the money that has been expended in fixing It up is proof conclusive that he is not likely to soon, lose an interest in the sport.
