Whether or not jockey Shaw will ride for Weinberg Brothers in Germany next year depends entirely upon the terms of the contract aside from the money feature. Some time ago George Walker wrote to Shaw asking for his terms. Shaw replied that he would sign a contract for 5,000 and all. of his expenses for the season. He received a reply by cable saying that the term3 were agreeable, and that details of the terms would be mailed. Shaw is now awaiting his fate for next year in the letter en route from Germany. If everything else is agreeable as the retainer named Shaw will sign a contract; if not, he will remain "here.
