MADDEN TO WINTEE AT LITTLE E0CK. Little Rock. Ark., October IS. John E. Madden will winter thirty two-year-olds at Clinton Park this year. All arrangements have been made for the wintering of the horses, and his agent has contracted for improvements In the - stables he will use. Clinton Park was used for winter stabling several vears ago, and some of the best thoroughbreds were developed here. Since racing was killed here by nviidicate betting and the meeting finally abandoned, the Clinton Park racing plant has almost gone to ruin, but the track is still good.
