ROWE WILL NOT GO TO BENNINGS. New York, November 13. Trainer James Rowe will not go to Bennlngs. His stable retires after Aqueduct. He has won upwards of 0,000 for Mr. Keene and he feels that both he and his horses are entitled to a let-up. Suffrage is the only Keene horse in a Bennlngs stake. She is in the Columbia Handicap, and if sent for it will be in charge of Thomas Hcalcy. Rowe did not put a two-year-old in the Grand Consolation. He now probably regrets that Zambesi and Philander are not eligible.
