JOCKEY RADTKE IS NOT ALLOWED TO RIDE. Must Wait Until the Jockey Club Stewards Pass Upon His Case In December. Oakland, Cal., November 20. Jockey Herman Kadtke, who arrived from the east yesterday, was denied the privilege of riding at Oakland today. This was due to the receipt of the following telegram by President Thomas H. Williams from Assistant Secretary Daingerfleld, of the Jockey Club, replying to a query: "Radtkes suspension still in force. His case will not be passed upon until the December meeting of stewards of the Jockey Club." The promised reappearance of the famous rider was one magnet that attracted a big crowd to the track and his failure to ride the horses of J. 0. Keene, notably Mansard, created general disappointment and kept many intending bettors off the aged cripple, which Avon a fast and game race with Mclntyre iu. the saddle. The feature of the afternoons racing was the brilliant performance of Native Sou, which captured the fifth race in stake-horse fashion. A high wind again prevailed during the day and this materially affected the races from a time standpoint. Several window panes in tiie southern end of the grand-staud were blown out, such was the force of the gale. Jockey Mclntyre was set down two days by starter Richard Dwyer for misbehavior ou Madden in the third race. Sam Hildreth, who had partially decided to release jockey Knapp for his failure to win with T-og-istilla In the handicap Saturday, gave the luckless rider another chance on Van Ness today." Second to the outsider E. M. Brattain was the best he could do, although no fauit could be found with his handling of the prohibitive first choice.
