FOX RETURNS TO NEW YORK. New York. January Id.- C. I. Fox, who is interested with "Whitey" LangdOH in some of his turf ventures, and who owns Economy and other horses, has returned from Nexv Orleans. He got a touch of malaria down there and thought it l ost to get out before it fastened on him. On iiis way here Mr. Pbl Stopped at Bennings. He Bays tbe two-year-olds in training at the Washington track seem to be further advanced than are many at New Orleans. Langdon. he says, xvill go to Hot Springs for the meeting at OnkmWU in February and March. Langdon has had little success in betting this winter.
