ChSSalL Tec totum was foaled in ISM and was taken to England n| a ycurling and trained there by Mr hhnnnhu She was raced in the colors of Sir I. Vincent and afterward passed to Mr. .larvis. She won one race as a txvo-year old anil another as a four-year-old. Teetotum is nowhere mentioned in the English Stud Book, but the Racing Calendar, after announcing her as a foreign bred tilly, makes the peculiar mistake of crediting her winnings to the English stallion The Bard, by Petrarch, when she is by the American The Bard, by Longfellow. At any rate. this two-year-old daughter of Roulette is a well-made miss and is highly regarded in the Duryea stable.
