FINNEGAN SIGNS A CONTRACT. New York, January 15. — Eugene Finnegan, the Steeplechase .jockey, has signed to ride for the Bou-niebrook S;alde this year. He will leave in the course of a fortnight for Saratoga to help in the Work of conditioning the junipers for the coming campaign. Alfar is the star of the stable.
