MERGER RUMOR IN KENTUCKY. Louisville. Ky.. April 39.- -Kumors of an impending merger of the two turf governing hiwlics in the west arc again rife. Louis A. Delia, who represents the greater interest allied with the Western Jockey Club, has engaged rooms at a local hotel for Ihe first three days of next week and il is said that while he is bete he will have a meeting with rcpre sei datives of the American Turf Association. The idea, as it is understood here, is to form a new governing body out of the membership of the [ires ent bodies and possibly to take in sonic other pel-sous not now members of cither organization.
