STATUE OF "PITTSBURG PHIL." A feature in Pittsburg on Memorial day will be the unveiling of the statue of George E. Smith, the noted horseman and plunger widely known as "Pittsburg Phil," who died two years ago worth over ,000,000. The statue will coat ,000, and will surmount the 0,000 mausoleum built by "Phil" in IJniondale Cemetery before his death, and in which his remains lie. The statue is said to be a striking likeness of the dead man, a trifle over life-size, and depicts him bareheaded with a roll of papers in hb right hand. The costume is the conventional Prince Albert suit The statue is erected by Smiths mother, who has remarried since his deatli and is now Mrs. Eliza Woods,
