Saradaesea followed Jack Atkin closely for a half, then dashed into the lead and. drawing away, won cantering. Jack Atkin was speedy and was a game contender throughout, but could not give the winner so much weiglit. Welbourne ran forwardly throughout, but just lasted long enough to save third place from tBC f.i-t coming Inquisitor. The latter ran -Piggishly for a half and trailed far to the rear, then moved up ami tinished with a rush. Vouched quit and ran far below his best form. Alauda began slowly, but made up ground steadily and finished a fast going third. Donate closed a gap and tinished close up. Oritlanib showed early speed, but tired in the final drive. Tom Cogan fenced well. but. was a distant third. Realm ran out after taking the fifth jump, but was taken back and went the eonrse. Shenandoah was always prominent in the running, finished fast and just got up to win in a driving finish, lony Bonero showed suiierior speed and appeared to have the race won fifty yards from the finish, but had tired from setting the pace and had little left to withstand the rush of the winner. Azelina closed a big gap and was going fastest of all at the end. Masaniello tired from chasing Tony Bonero. De Re.-zke was* going fast at the finish and had it been another sixteenth the result would have been different. Hear? Wattersea ran pearly. Graziallo showed speed.
