BUSY DAYS AT WOODBINE. Toronto, Ont., May 11.— With the opening of the Ontario Jockey Clubs meeting just one week away, the Woodbine track has become a busy place. Horses are arriving daily and by Monday or Tuesday there will be few vacant stalls. Every stall has been allotted. The latest arrivals are the stables of John Pangle and William Mosby from Baltimore. The best work thus far shown by any candidate foe the Kings Plate was Photographers mile and a quarter in 2:14 yesterday morning. While it is expected that J. E. Seagram will furnish the winner in Assemblyman, this work by Photographer makes it appear that Adam Becks horse will be a hard one to beat. Dutch Girl, the Dyment candidate, worked a mile in 1:48?, after bolting on the first turn. Denham Is supposedly the best of the Hendrle candidates. Several of those at the track were heard to re. mark that they did not like the way Temmeraire worked his mile in 1:45, but trainer John Dynient is well satisfied with the way the horse is coming; along. He is not what might be called a good work horse, but that he will race well there is uo question. Tongorder and Court Martial of the Dyment string were sent three-quarters in 1:17. The Toronto Cup winner is in good fettle and acts like he will take some beating.
