KNAPP STILL HAS HIS LICENSE. There is nothing in the story published In one of the local newspapers yesterday afternoon to the effect that the license of Jockey W. Knapp had been revoked at Gravesend. He was, however, suspended for the meeting at Montreal after riding Cock Sure and Gilpin at Blue Bonnets June 5. In response to an inquiry by Daily Racing Forms New York correspondent last night. Assistant Secretary Daingerfield of the Jockey Club said: "Jockey Knapp is in good standing here."
