ANOTHER CASE OF MARKERS. New York, July 17. Another case of nnauthor-lr.e.d betting by markers came to light at Brighton Beach today. Tony Brown, who is In the employ of Hugh Collins, a clubhouse commissioner, had bet 5,000 in markers in Collins name and without his knowledge. An investigation by Ring Superintendent Cavanagh brought the matter out. Colllni says he will Bettle.
