FORFEITS AGAINST REACTION. Buffalo, N. Y., July 17. Reaction, a five-year-old maiden gelding by Blue Devil Jubilation, was scratched out of the first race at Kenihvorth today by order of the Jojckey Club. It was found that there-are ,750 in forfeits standing against the horse. Reaction is reported to have worked three-quarters of a mile a few days ago with 130 pounds up in 1:14?. . r.
