Spunky moved up Into third pi ice on the turn and, saving ground when coming into the stretch, soon passed the leaders and won going away. Enticing ran a good race and finished gamely. NIniporte showed the most early speed, but tired in the stretch drive. Cymbal ran fairly well only. Gun Cotton quit. Alomar ran well to the stretch. Scratched 70150 Manhoimer, 107; 701S4 G. O. Mattie FF. showed superior early speed, but tired badly in the last sixteenth. La Veita ran a fairly good race only. Oak Grove was deficient in speed and ran much below her true form. Start good.-- AVon handily; second driving.- Polly Prim followed Light Wool closely for three-quarters, then went into the lead with a rush, but tired and, iu swerving, interfered with the latter and was disqualified. Light Wool was speedy, ran a good race and finished resolutely. Ostrich ran fairly well, but finished a distant third. Scratched 701S3-Carthage, 117; 7051; Javanese. 90. Showing her usual great speed, Colloquy dashed into the lead at once and set the pace fast all the way, but was tiring in the final drive and barely managed to make good by a narrow margin. Carthage was close up, but outpaced for the first half, but finished fast and gamely and would have won with a bit further to go. Goldproof forced the early pace and was lapped 011 Colloquy to the stretch, but tired iu the final drive. AVoodwitch ran a good race. Stanley Fay ran in closest pursuit of Inauguration totho stretch muY, after racing the latter into defeat, gamely withstood a challenge from C. W. Burt. The latter improved his position steadily into a fast going second. Hans got Into third place at the start and stayed there undisturbed to the end. Inauguration set a fast pace to the stretch, but quit badly in the last furlong. Miss Muzzonl and Albert Star ran poorlv and both can do much better. Sera I died 70530 Hollow, 102;.
