CONDENSED HISTORY OF THE FALL HANDICAP. The Fall Handicap is one of the three autumn serials of the Coney Island Jockey CJub, the other two being the Ocean and the Omnium. One entrance fee entitles a horse to start in all three on payuientof a moderate additional starting fee. The Fall is for the sprinters and usually brings out the cracks, such swift ones as Lady Violet, The Butterflies, Gotham, Waring, Coburg, Shot Gun, Hamburg Belle anil Iloselien figuring in Its list of winners.
