NOTHING NEW IN W. J. C. SITUATION. Secretary Harvey T. Woodruff said yesterday that he expects a full attendance at the meeting tof the i stewards of the Western Jockey Club tomorrow; but he had nothing to add to what was published in Daily Racing Form of Friday concerning the probable disbanding of the organization. However, It Is generally believed that this Is to the last meeting, and rumors of the formation In tile near future of. a new body to supplant the American Turf Association in the government ot the -turf in the Avest have been revived.
