LATONIA TRACK CASE IN COURT. Frankfort, Ky., September 25. Federal Judge A. M. J. Cochran is hearing the: arguments in the ease of Harry narris of New York, against Joseph L. Rhinock, and which involves 825 shares of stock in the Latonia race course. Harris, is seeking to have the alleged stock retransferred,. and which he claims was formerly held in trust; also for the accounting of the receipts and expenditures of the association since the trust agreement was entered into ten years ago.
