ANOTHER NEW BETTING SYSTEM. There are systems beyond number almost for beating the races, but a nuV one has liohlied up which ealis upon its followers to play the railhorse in the line-up at the barrier for third place when even money or better can be obtained. The system pays no attention to class, weight, distance, rider or the numerous little other items that the careful player Is inclined to take into consideration. In following it all you have to do is to get the name of the horse that has number one position, then hike to the ring to note the quotations. If the horse is even money, or better, third, a wager is made, but if less than even money there is nothing doing. One man claims to have followed the system for two or three years, and has had no difficulty iu winning an average of 5 per day, though Infrequently is not called upon to bet for a day or two at a time. A review of the form since the" opening of the season at Benning shows that this system strictly adhered to would have won .S00 to date on a 5 flat bet. The one beautv about this system is that the man who rolls out the balls Indicating the post position of the horses does all the figuring for you. New York Telegraph.
