GALLILEO GOES TO RACE IN EAST. Lexington, Ky., September 25. T. C. McDowell has Instructed trainer James P. Ross to ship the two-year-old Galllleo, a double winner at the meeting here last week, to New York to be raced for the remainder of the season. Mr. McDowell had this gelding in the east in the spring, but sent him borne under the impression that he was not good enough for fast company. The yearling bay colt by Russell Hira Villa, by Hiniyar, died at the stable of Dan T. Morris, at the Kentucky Association course last night of acute indigestion. The colt was the property of R. L. Thomas, who paid 600 for him at the Sheepshead Bay sales.
