MR. WILLIAMS TO RACE AT ARCADIA. New York, October 11. Thomas II. Williams, president of tlie New California Jockey Club, has signified his intention to race a part of his stable at Arcadia tlie coming winter. He has asked George Hose to have five stalls reserved for him at Los Angeles, and will make entries in. tlie stakes to be run at the new course. Jockey Miller, it is said, will go there to ride the horses in stake events.
