SENORITA STUD TO BE DISPOSED OF. Glorious Band of Broodmares, Garry Herr-man and Broomstick in the Lot. W. II. Krown, the owner of the Senorita Stud, left him by his brother, the late Captain S. S. Krown, lias decided to sell out at the Fasig-Tipton Lexington, Ky., sale Thanksgiving week. The stock includes the stallions Garry llerrman and Kroomstick, twenty broodmares and twenty weanlings. While Garry llerrman and Kroomstick each raced in the late Captain Sam Browns colors, and were sent to the stud by him after their racing days were over, the broodmares represent in .most cases discriminating purchases made by hint when he established Senorita Stud. At the sale last fall Mr. Krown paid 4,000 for Garry llerrman and ,500 for Kroomstick. Tlie mares comprised a fashionably-bred lot, and for most of them Mr. Krown was compelled to pay first-class prices, the contention for them being keen. The following is a list of a dozen to be sold in November, together with tlie horse to which they were bred tlie present season, and the amount of money paid for them last fall: Audience, bred to Kroomstick 12,000 Ascot Hello, bred to Kroomstick 4,000 Ethel Lee, bred to Kroomstick 3,000 Flocariine. bred to Kroomstick 4.000 Hun of Luck, bred to Kroomstick 5,000 Performance, bred to Garry llerrman r,0fl0 Kavello, bred to Garry llerrman . ... 3,800 Salama, bred to Garry llerrman 1,100 Senorita, bred to Garry llerrman 2,700 Tactful, bred to Garry llerrman 1,000 Thirty-third, bred to Garry llerrman .",000 Wayward Lass, bred to Garry llerrman 2,-"0 The dispersal of Senorita Stud, together with the dissolution sale of "Millstream Stud, which will include the son of Flying Fox, the ,000 Adam, will invest the coming sales at Lexington with more than ordinary interest.
