Oraculum ran in greatly improved form today, got away well and, holding a small lead all the way, finished gamely under punishment. Robin Hood showed improvement over his recent races, was always : prominent and, in a game finish, almost got up. Quadrille was away well back and, after closing a big gap, finished with a rush, but could not get up. Grimaldi was outrun early and came from far back in , the last quarter. Ace High tired after showing speed to the stretch. Loring and Rockstone displayed ; early speed and the former ran a good race. The winner was entered for ; no bid. Killaloe closed a big gap and aiie from far back in the last half. Lad of I.angdcn ran well, but tired right at the end. Kentucky r.cau showed superior early speed, but quit, as usual. St. Valentine, outrun early, closed up very fast through the last quarter and would have won in a few more strides. Kilter also closed a big gap and disposed of Lord Stanhope and Hooray in the stretch, but could not quite get up to Quhm Brady or stall of St. Valentine. Lord Stanhope ran well and finished gamely. Hooray and St. Joseph showed early snced. FIowaA-ay ran a bad race. Monacodor can do much better. The winner was entered for SS00; im bid. Scratched 71504 Samuel H. Sungleam showed early speed and fell back, then came again. Castlewood was going well at the finish. Rosimiro raced closely with Carrollton to the stretch and quit badly near the end. Clell Turney showed speed.
