When it is stipulated that a -named horse is to start, the meaning is that the horse must start or no bet, therefore the bet on tho Hildretli entry was a draw. C. K., Chicago. So far as Oraculum was concerned, the parlay was on the first race, it being the only one in which his name appeared as an entry. The parlay was void as to Oraculum and good as to the other horses.
