SOME WINNING STABLES OF LAST YEAR. Totals Credited to Keen,e Bros., E. R. Thomas, E. R. Bradley and 7. A. Bennet. Of the growing tril»e of owners who travel the country over and race their horses throughout the y ar, the Keene Bros, are conspicuous and, being shrewd men and skillful trainers, contrive to win rht-dr full share of money annually. They campaigned many useful racers in 1H07. but none of High class, Red Ix-af and Clamor being their best. Their stable for the year was as follows: Horse. Sts. 1st. 2d. 3d. 1np. Won. Thomas stable still did very well last year, mainly through the earnings of the good jumper, Mr. MeCann, which amassed more than half of the stable earnings. R. Bradleys sturdy old campaigner. Bad News, that won more money for him last year than any other horse in his stable. Next to this old warrior of the track in winnings was the speedy and somewhat unlucky three-yiear-old. Troublemaker, closely pressed by the useful filly Black Mary. Flip Flap was the mainstay of J. A. Bennets stable last year, winning the rich Westminster Handicap, being the principal achievement to the credit of this fast and staying young mare. Molesey. a capital racer under light weight, won substantially and from his recnt running over the Santa Anita track, should do well in the east this y-ar. Ed Ball.
