PRESIDENT BROWN LEAVES FOR HAVANA. Colonel T. J. L. Brown, president of the Mid winter State Fair Association of Tampa, Fla., has left for Havana to conclude arrangements for the transfer of the horses racing at Tampa to Cuba for participation in the March meeting of the Cuban Racing Association at Buena Vista. The Tampa officials have received the announcement that the Cuban meeting will run for fifty days, closing April 30.
