SCHREIBERS RACING PLANS EXTENSIVE. Barney Scbreiber has announced that in addition to the stable which Herman Brandt will train for him on the mctro|H litau tracks as usual, he will race a second string on the New York tracks in charge of David Henry, who has achieved excellent results for him at Oakland and on the tracks of the middle west during the last two seasons. Henry will be relieved soon as 1 miner of Schreibers string at Oakland by John Powers, who lias been handling the Missouri breeders Santa Anita stable this winter. Henry will leave for Schreibers breeding farm at Bridgetou, Mo., within the next fortnight to take up and train alxmt thirty two-year-olds for the spring meetings in Kentucky, with the view of selecting the tyest of them for the extensive New York campaign that Schreiber is planning. Henry will take Deutscliland with him for retirement to the stud at Woodlands Farm. Schreibers breeding operations have now reached the stage where he has many more horses than he can possibly train and race, and lie will put in the t-uaiiner travelling al out between the various racing .enters, disposing of any of his horses for which he can find buyers. He expects to remain on the 1-os.st until the close of the California racing season and will in the meantime endeavor to get rid of the horses be has in training there.
