Harold D., away in ti tangle, showed speed in racing into a prominent position, but tired near the end. Freseati. under a por.r ride, was close up all the way. Communipaw ran a bad race. Impertinence, probably best, was taken wide most of the trip, causing him to lose much ground and tire near the end. Piller was prominent throughout and but for blundering slightly at the final jump, would have been much closer up. Buckman showed the most speed over the first sis jumps, then tired. Yankee Daughter, away forwardly, dropped back when taken into the worst going but finished gamely and probably would have been dangerous on a fast track. Nigger Baby quit badly after going a good half. Inez Sister made up ground and will improve. Lady Chilton was a close contender for three furlongs, but tired. Elizabeth Ilarwood ran a very bad race. I.ilro was not hurried any in the early running and was waited with until making the Inrn out of the backstretch before making his move, then gradually wore the leaders down in the stretch and got up in the hist sixteenth. Al Mullet- set a fast early pace, but could not stay it out and tired in the last eighth. Cioritier showed speed, but was beaten before the stretch turn was reached and probably was short.
