EDDIE DUGAN MAY RIDE IN ENGLAND. San Francisco. Cal.. September 30. C. E. Durncll. now here arranging for the installation of a local taxicab service, has received a dispatch from A. J, Joyner asking for a price on Durnells contract on jockey E. Dugan. which expires May 15, 1900. Dur-nell claims to have sold only first call on Dugan to Harry Payne AVhltney for. the present New York season. He has given Joyner an bptiou 611 the contract at 87,500. and surmises that Joyner plans to take Dugan abroad with him. If Joyner does not buy the contract. Dnrnell will sell his interest to the highest bidder. Durnell says ho is through with the turf for good.
