CANADIAN TURFMEN HONORED. Montreal, Que., December 4. Mr. Colin Campbell of this city has been appointed American representative on the committee of the International Horse Show, to be held at the Olympla. London, next year. Mr. Campbell is one of the ablest and best-known horsemen in Canada. He was an accomplished cross-country rider and maintained a steeplechasing stable in conjunction with Major William Ilendrie. of Hamilton. The Montreal Hunt, the Montreal Horse Show, the old Bel-Air Jockey Club and the present Montreal Jockey Club all owed much to his staunch support and his enthusiasm for a good horse.
