NOTES OF THE TURF. Jockey Donovan was set down Indefinitely by the judges -pending an investigation of his ride on Lomond last Tuesday at Beaumont. Boserrian. which won the last race at Beaumont yesterday at the odds of 15 to 1: was sold by James F. Davis, to F. Kessenger. in whose colors he ran yesterday. J. W. Fuller has turned out his entire string of horses, including First Premium, Injury, Toy Boy and Pure Gold. They all contracted severe colds while in Houston. During the past few days the following boys, riding at Beaumont, have been fined for disobedience at the post: Pendergast. 0: Shrlner. 0; Donovan. 0; Louder. 0, and Molesworth. S10. The well-known Canadian horseman, Mr. Fred T. Doanej was severely injured in a recent run of the Toronto Hunt Club. He is confined to the hospital with a fractured skull and the chances of his recovery are considered doubtful. The horses owned by Rudolph Spreckels and raced under the name of the Sobre Vista Stable, which will be sold today in the paddock at Santa Anita Park, include the following: II Tremor, St. Elm-wood. Milpitas, Sachet, San Olmo, Provedore and Director. .
