JUAREZ TRACK CONSTRUCTION PLANS. l.eiiglon. Ky.. April 10. Colonel Matt J. Winn -•ays they are reaO.v to liegin the const met ion of the racing plan! at Juarez. Mexico, and D. X. Murphy, the Louisville architect and contractor, will leave within a tew days for El Paso to take up tbt .work. The plant will be located on the Mexican bank of the Itio Graade River and will not be more than twenty minutes ride from the heart of El Paso. The site is level and very little grading will be required. The idea is to make tin- buildings as nearly fire proof is possible, so the grandstand will have a stool frame and com-reto under structure and the stables will be of adobe, or sun dried brick, and a favorite native building material. Colonel Winn is enthusiastic concerning the racing venture in Mexico and believes that the sport has a great future in Mexico.
