PATRIARCHAL TURFMAN PASSES AWAY. Baltimore. Mil.. April 21.— Colonel Francis Ma cruder Hall, eighty years old. died last Sunday at the home of his daughter in Anne Arundel county. Maryland. During the administration of Governor Odea Bowie. Mr. Hall was on his staff, and for a time was associated wit* him in breeding and racing horses. Mr Hall was a junior member of the Maryland racing stable of Davis ,v- Hall, an old-time tirni which raced many g.xxi bar at g between thirty and forty years back, the noted Il.lla.l.-en being One of them. His sous. Clarem-e and N. S. Ni.-ki Hall, followed in his footsteps and tie- latter was well known as an owner in Chicago and San Francisco.
