President Williams of the California Jockey Club holds the Mexican race track situation in his bands and would probably be consulted before Bro laski. reveling and others were granted such a c omission. It is almost certain that the Williams syndicate would offer opposition to such a grant to outsiders and almost as sure that its approval Would be necessary.
