STILL AFTER HOT SPRINGS RACING. Little Rock. Ark.. April 2:t. — The conference in progress here the past three days between the Hot Springs delegates and business men over the question of legalizing horse racing in Hot Springs, came to an end with the agreement that the Wadley bill should 1m- amended by restricting racing to 101 days. The bill introduced by Senator Wadley pro posed to repeal the Amis law of 1007. but Senator llainp Williams, who recently succeeded Mr. Wadley. it fused to support the bill and the conference and compromise followed. The amended bill will have a strong following iu both houses.
