PRESS MUZZLING MEASURE KILLED. New York Assembly Rules Committee Will Not Report Latest Agnew Bill. New York. April 20.— The assembly rules commit tee will not report the bill of Senator Agnew which was proposed as a chaser for the Hart-Agnew anti-race track bills of a year ago anil which was de signed to prevent newspapers from publishing betting odds. Although some of the anti-race track betting people have urged favorable action on the bill, il is said there is too niu.li opposition to favor able action in the rules commit lee. This is the end of legislation against the race Hack ami its various branches for some time to come.
