HERMAN RADTKES PROMISING BROTHER. Little Heine Radtko. a brother of Herman Bails I who was one of the star riders of America some seasons back, will be given an opportunity to show-what Ii- can do in the way of riding at the Silt Lake and Denver meetings. The younger Badtke is a real midget as yet. but has been exercising the horses of J. o. and G. IL Keene. to whom he is under contract, for more than a year. The Keenes have hesitated to put the boy up in races on account of his lack of weight. He is as much of a natural horseman as his brother was and his employers feel sun- that he will make good as soon as he gets a 1 trille heavier. The Kecue stable is now at Salt Lake City.
