CAVANAGH TO RESUME BUSINESS. Now York. June L— As a result of the deci-ion of the Opart of Appeals that the sale of advance Information slips is not a violation of the law John G. Cavaaagh will at once resume the business of selling advance information on tin- New York hacks. The slips may be purchased from him bv unybody. Thev will contain the names of horses and lackeys. with the weights and post positions, and will be ready for distribution to subscribers about ten minutes before these detail- are pasted on tho blackboards. Last year the slips were sold for a race.
