Frank Stagg was close up throughout and outstayed Nettie Traver in the final strides for second place. Nettle Traver set the pace, but tired after going five furlongs. Joe McCarthy was prominent all the way. Hasty closed up a big gap and was going fast at the end. Banrida came from far hack in the last quarer. The winner was entered for 00: no bid. The latter came with a rush near the end after a slow iK-ginning. Ned Carmack was in nearest pursuit to the stretch. Sinloug rau a good race. Bone-brake began slowly and labored in the going. El Dorado was taken wide in the stretch and suffered from interference soon after the start. Chalice set the early pace and quit badly. The winner was entered for 00: no bid. Dr. P.arkley was in close pursuit of All Red and Tom Hayward from he start, wore the latter down in the last furlong and was drawing away fast at the end. All Red tired fitter setting the pace for three-quarters, but came again near the end and outstayed Tom Hayward. The latter appeared a certain winner on the stretch turn, but tired unexpectedly.
