M. H. TICHEN0R AND CHICAGO RACING. M. H. Ticbenor. whose name was connected with a plan for the revival of Chicago racing in a report -ent to Daily Racing Form from Toronto recently has returned to Chicago and denies that he is idea-tilled with an such plan as that given publicity. Mr. Ticbenor savs that last winter he attempted to interest some prominent Cliicagoans in the form ■•-tion of a high-class organisation to manage matin -racing in Chicago in i-onneetion with a series-or horse shows, but that tin- undertaking could not be carried to a successful consummation and has been abandoned.
